Probably stolen it so they can fill it with their carp and get it emptied.

ive had 6 bins pinched in just over a year! mainly empty when theyve been emptied and the bin men leave them on the roadside.
Local council are fed up with dishing out new ones all the time

If someone nicks your bin where i live you have to pay £30 for a replacemt. :w00t:

So everyone plays nick the bin when theirs gets nicked.

I thought you had to pay about £30 to get a new one?

I've had my Black wheely bin pinched twice & my Brown one (bio dis') too!
That's in about 5 years!
#7
I think weve had about 6 taken. Just ask your council for another
#8
lol I got mine taken one time as well. I had to ring up and explain what had happened and got another :)

my council doesnt charge for replacements but you have to go thru a questionnaire on the phone that the bins been missing more than 7 days, what markings it had, what size, colour etc etc and that you have made a detailed search of the area and cant find it! as if anyone will waste hours looking for a bin?!

I wish someone had nicked ours last week instead they torched it about 3 foot from our kitchen window, it had such heat that all was left was ashes and the metal axle now pool of melted plastic like you would expected, it gave enough heat out to break the outer pane of our kitchen window (thankfully not the inner one or we may not be around now).

Be thankful it was only nicked mate!!!!

Contact your council they should sort you a new one (it wasnt bin day was it? The confiscated our "extra" black bin!!)

i dont have this problem as i live ina flat, we have communal binsheds but teh little gits round here think its funny to set them on fire, so black smoke goes up the stairwell and coats all the doors and windows. lucky our block only has 10 flats in it and its only 2 storys high so we can jump if anything bad did happen
