Ok so I ordered a acer aspire free with my 1Gb 3 mobile broadband which arrived today.
I charged up the laptop for a few hours, then turned it on only to be welcomed by an error message on the opening boot screen.
Now, Iphoned 3 customer support and they said to phone Acer technical support.
I said to 3 that surely they sent me a faulty product and so they should replace it for me, as they would with a mobile phone if that was faulty. (sale of goods act etc)
SO I ask you lovelly people, who is right? Who should be replacing this for me?
