Afternoon everyone, looking for a little help regarding car insurance, if I get a quote online with admiral for £1107.70 but then phone up to pay it on a monthly basis, does anyone know how they work out the full price ? Tried looking at my current documents but never really for anything from them.

i think they normally quote you price if you pay as one lump sum or if you monthly, surprised you did not see this in your quote?

you will need to ask them as i don't think all insurers will use the same rate of interest.

Again, it's about 12%....I worked it out all of 3 hours ago for my quote...

I don't know if it still applies but when I used to be with them it used to be cheaper to say the car was on the driveway rather than in the garage...might save you a few more quid if that's an option that's open to you...

i have noticed this when i get quotes. it does not make sense but if you think about it, it may do.
