I need some help please finding an in expensive hotel near the Royal Eye Hosptal in Manchester, oxford Road i think. my friends son is going back in for more ops and she can't really afford to spend much on a hotel. the area needs to be safe for a woman travelling on her own, as her son will obviously be in hospital.

Is there not some accomodation that is part of the hospital that relatives can pay to stay at, or ask the hospital they sometimes have lists of suitable b & bs

Thank you, i thought that but my friend isn't very confident. other parents are often the most helpful. i had some experience with pendlebury, this had accommodation but i don't think the eye hospital has.
we'll keep looking,

its a dodgy area anyway and the decent hotels will be in the centre of manchester but extremely pricey the ones closer will be dumps best thing to do is speak to the hospital and see what they say.
