Advice needed

scenario:

got details etc and paid on 21st december maybe the 22nd

I send a buyer to ask where it is etc and if its been posted and then on the 30th i receive a message saying they never wanted it to get lost etc but i wasn't notified at the time there would be a delay although they did admit they honestly forgot.

I usually get my mail quickly so i send a message to the seller on the 5th january saying it may have been lost and they said royal mail do not class a parcel lost until its x amount of days

on the 7th now they say they have phone royal mail and been put through my sorting office and they say that its been delivered but no signature however i have not received anything and tracking also shows as not being delivered.

Now there's no thread for this as i asked someone to spam it because op made a mistake by posting receipt along with my post code and house number.

And lastly i request a refund so i dont need to wait any longer but seller insists I wait. But then even suggests why they should even refund me and suggest i do the claim for the lost parcel myself!!!

That's not a very reliable tool JumpingPhil.

Best course of action (if you can't find the original thread/post) would be to use any old thread and use that to report the concern, where the 1st available mod will action upon receipt.

I'll wait till this is done, as I'm not really sure what's going on.
