  £140 fitted and painted as-well, been looking on the internet and i could buy a new panel for just under £50. Think ill just go to garage though and save some hassle. Cheers

  Not that difficult tbh, although that link is for a non genuine part and they can be very hit or miss if the qualitys any good- if it lines up well with the adjacent panels etc.

  £140s cheap. You'll probably end up paying that to have it sprayed if you fit it yourself.

  All depends on how much your garage charges per hour, where I work it's £38 if I remember rightly,
