advice on an iphone - buying from auction site

I'm in the process of getting an iphone, 3gs 32gb.. been keeping an eye on here, fo.lk and the other well known auction site.

Just came across 260586011760 on that auction site... seems a bit strange!
"Police and Bailiff auction, Be quick ending soon."

Has anyone got items from this kinda person on the auction site before? is the phone likely to be blocked, stolen? want to avoid this of course.. but it might be legit! Seems like a "too good to be true" and I know the rule...

Any advice would be helpful please.

Thanks,
5nowman

DONT BUY IT
It's not an auction for the phone. If you read carefully it's for a URL to a police-bailiff site, where you can supposedly by items for prices unmentioned in this auction.
Basically a scam to catch out unwary buyers. Very misleading title and should really be reported to eBay

EDIT:
Few things to notice:
1) There's no actual text in the auction. Only an image hosted outside ebay meaning if they get in trouble they can easily remove the image and no-one will have any proof against them.
2) The delivery is "URL Delivery via Intangible Delivery Service" - so basically you'll get a link via email
3) Note to ebay at the bottom: We hold master copyright to this listing, all infringements will be prosecuted, returns not accepted for digital delivered URL sales. (basically "you can't buy the link then use the scam as us or we'll prosecute you and sorry but if you fall for this you're not getting any money back!")

It's a scam, same scammer, every weekend, they list high, sell loads knowing ebay are slow on the uptake weekends, avoid it unless you want to spend asges getting your money back, I have note even looked at the listing.

Yes its a serious website, if you look at the various listings you will see the constabulary and its address offering the item. Most items are for collection from the Police station property office detailed.

Here's a little press report CLICKY
