Advice on Bristol Hotels

Hi looking for a cheap hotel in bristol end of august so we can go to see the banksy thing. needs to have family rooms, for me, my partner, a (almost) 3 year old and a ten month old. other than that just cheap its just an overnight stay afterall. anyone from bristol know anywhere cheap like a b&b or something. thankyou.

Advise you avoid the Traveloge and go for the Premier Inn on the Haymarket, it's central so a short walk to the museum and a cheap taxi ride from the train station. Cabot circus is also within 5 mins walking distance.

Do not book the King St Premier Inn as you'll just hear party music all night due to the clubs next door

£50 for the night for a family room

cool thanks, nothing like local knowlege. we driving up there so not overly fussed about being central but the tipsabout the loud music great thanks.

the queues have been about 90mins for the exhibition hun, so be warned and make sure you bring pac a macs, I haven't seen it yet,.......but it looks amazing from mates pics :thumbsup:

there are some temp. signs up along the street which say '2.5hrs wait from here' - crikey! the flyer and feedback from friends has been amazing though, I'm going to go but will try and go in the week

darn these out of towners, i'll have to go see when I have a day off :roll:, ta for heads up......see queues being longer now the summer hols are here :x
