My granny bought me an electic heater a few months ago and it was still brand new in the box til half an hour ago when i opened it to use it but it doesnt work. The instruction manual says it has a 1 year guarantee but there is no address or telephone number on the manual or the box for the guarantee and sadly my granny is no longer here so i cant ask her where she bought it from. Any help would be gratefully received

Try ringing this number 0800 458 7418. It's freephone and they specialise in electric heating, so they might be able to help.
(Might being the key word)

That link was to a £25 heater which isnt anything like it. Thanks for looking though. It is worth following up as it was bought brand new and has never worked so in my opinion it should be replaced for free
