My wife and I want to make wills leaving much of our assets to our very young grandchildren.

We are being told that the best way is to provide for a Trust to be set up when we die.

However, we would rather not see greedy lawyers cream off the cash!

Please can anyone give advice or point us towards somewhere online, possibly a forum, where we can discuss the best thing to do?

Thanks for reading.

I made a will when I was 24 and have had it updated a few times over the years. You simply need to go see a solicitor.. They will advise u of the best way to do this.

p.s everyone's circumstances are different - but a solicitor will get this sorted for you and its actually not that expensive either.

Thanks, bossyboots. But when we last made a fairly simple will, a solicitor charged us many hundreds of pounds, which rather destroyed our faith.
