I'm about to replace the spark plugs on my Civic 1.8 VTi., can anyone tell me if there are any better plugs than iridium plugs?

i am really confused, i asked if anyone could advise me on a good set of spark plugs, i never asked anyone to advise me if i should do it at night time or not, and what difference does it make if i changed them at night, some ppl are so dumb.
