I had same problem after i had my kids, the docter game me some stuff that worked quite well, also i think the loreal nutri gloss (pink one) works ok aswell!

Suppose it's just trial and error, i've never had dandruff but my scalp gets itchy when i use a creamy shampoo rather than a clear one. If it is that bad then i would go and see the doc, are you rinsing properly? is your diet ok? do you work in an air conditioned office? all these affect skin and hair.

TGel - make some great anti dandruff shampoos, if you're getting no results after a couple of weeks, its definitely worth seeing your Dr

I use Vosene everyday and find it very good for dandruff.

Try Head and Shoulders or the Tesco version for your hair type.

Use every day.

Use only once on each occasion ie don't repeat otherwise the natural oils will be stripped from your hair.

Rinse thoroughly.

Dandruff will be gone in a fortnight and won't come back.
