Brought some Sennheiser CX300's about a year ago stopped working sent then back to Sennheiser. Via 1st class recorded delivery (Royal Mail)
Was delivery on 26/9/2007
Rung up Sennheiser they said they have not received although the tracking shows its been delivered.
They said they need proof of delivery (Signature)
But on there website it says
"Sorry, an electronic proof of delivery is not available for this item. "
Also it says it been delivered to delivery office but has not said the receiver!!
Anyway please help me out thanks all!
