Still got applecare. Just today its started freezing up when sending texts, swithcing from screen to screen, etc. And it had a white screen for a while and wouldn't respond much.

Is this a common problem to come and go with iPhones or should I send it away to get checked out?

Thanks all.

Yep,send it away and as long as the moisture sensors haven't been activated i guarantee they will send you a new/refurbished unit

Thanks. I just read up something about doing a restore? Is it worth trying that first to see if it helps?

You can try it...if its been jail broken or anything you need to restore first or they wont touch it....

Yep,plug it in,click restore,it will download the latest phone firmware and restore(breaking the JB & any unlock),you then want to select set up as a new phone if you are definitely sending it or restore as back up if you want to see if the restore has fixed it,it could be the JB thats causing the problems btw
