This is probably a bit random and I am sure people will probably say there is nothing that can be done. Anyway, this is the story.
2 boys live next door but one,One of the boys mothers has bought the house for them.A girl has now moved in with them and she cannot drive
A few weeks ago she reversed her car (at speed) into a van and just got out of the car- without checking if she had done any damage and went into her house
!Myself and my boyfriend have seen her drive up to one car at such speed she hit it.There is scratches all over the boot of the other car and her car bonnet is now raised. She got out of the car with her boyfriend and they just laughed....
I have told the van owner but not the other car owner as to be honest I am a bit scared. They dont look like the kind of people to mess with.

The final straw was this evening when she pulled into a space infront of my car.She was literally a centimetre away from my car when she reversed-luckily didnt hit it BUT then she seemed to lose control and touched my bumper I think!

I am at my wits end worrying about my car but dont want to say anything as I feel I could be at risk of nasty things happening.....her boyfriend and their mate are always high on something and one of them drives around with a beer in his hand!
WHAT CAN I DO ARGHHHHHH

But you have eye witnesses and other evidence, traces of paint from her car will be left on the others.

The police can call on her and check her cars documents for being kept on a public road, insurance etc...

Or, pass their registration number to your local police, along with the information you have, It would be better if the police could stop her whilst actually driving the car.

They might even be able to get in some taser action if it kicks off. ;-)

It sounds like she is driving under the influence of something - be it drink or drugs.

Is it a certain time of day she behaves like this (ie evening) or is she like this all day long?

I would certainly let the police know that this is regular - and that you are concerned for the safety of others.. they should be able to stop check her and catch her in the act.

The Police have unmarked cars drive around here - They are frequently stopping motorists who aren't obeying the road rules

inform the police - crimestoppers is anonymous, traffic would love this!

I would contact your local police station. Avoid any contact with your neighbours and act like you don't see them, or if you do have unavoidable eye contact - then be civil.

You need to tell your local police station your concerns, only they can act. Tell them about the driving and that you are becomming nervous of thier behaviour around you. I would have it recorded too! My brother didn't ever report someone who was hassling him over a years period, and when that person attacked my brother - the person came off worse... my brother ended up with a criminal record for ABH.. there was no back up evidence of harrassment! I'm not telling you this to scare you, but to show how important it is to get things on record.

Your neighbours may be staring at you because you are staring at them!

Good luck

Did they sound positive like they were interested?

Make sure you follow up the call if nothing appears to happen - maybe in a few days if thing don't improve.
