I bought a TV less than a month ago from Argos. After a few days it started making a buzzing sound, not very loud but annoying when I was watching TV in bed.
I took the TV back to the shop with reciept and asked for a refund, the manager took it out of the box and switched it on, said she couldn't hear or see any fault so I could not get my money back. They could only send it away to be looked at. I told her that it sometimes took over an hour for the buzzing to start but she said that is all she could do.
Where do I stand on this. I thought within a month they had to refund?
