Looking to get a new electric shaver as my current one which I have had for a few years has given up the ghost and get lazy of a morning to have a wet shave before work so want to get a new electric shaver.

I have narrowed it down to three but I dont have a clue on shavers and wondered if anyone has any experience or advice on which would be best to choose or if anyone has any other models.

Philips HQ7390 - £32.01

Philips Nivea HS8440 - £47.80

Philips XL2 HQ8253 - £64.99

Or the dearest one if your not a cheapskate
I'd avoid the middle one, mine uses Nivea but unless you use loads it tends to dry out quickly while shaving

don't touch the nivea, mine lasted about 12-15 months and it didn't shave that close.

Braun, can't get on with rotary shavers.

lol now seen another one so have to decide on what to get as this shaver is about £20 cheaper than all other retailers. I was only planning to spend around £30ish but if I know one is alot better and will last longer I dont mind paying the extra

tbh i don't think this one offers much over the cheapest one you found, the shave is going to be similar and they will both last around the same sort of time

Cheers as me not having a clue on shavers it's good to get some advice as some I have seen are £200+ but could never see me paying that much so will probably order the cheaper one off amazon tomorrow as still 3 days left for guaranteed Xmas delivery
