Ok well long story short I purchased some Ultimate Ears Metro Fi earphones from PC World in April 2008. Last week one of the speakers stopped working and i have now realised it is not user repairable so I have found the box and receipt and found that the product has a 2 year warranty. Which is great, only problem is I have been on the website but cannot find a way of sending them off as the company doesnt seem to be in the UK at all.
What would you do in this situation, and to those thinking its easier buying some new ones, I cannot explain to you how good these phones sounded. Would PC World be able to do anything or has it got to be sending them off to USA?
