Aftermarket Fans for the 360, Do they work?

My 360 had RROD, i have fixed it but now want to keep it nice and cool.

Do things like after market fans work? To replace the actual fans in the 360.

Yeah some actually end up cooking your 360 in trying to power them.

dont get them the do two things firstly the fans actually stop the hot air from escaping the 360 and secondly they are powered by the usb port which in turn makes the 360 get hotter

They are not the ones you are thinking off.

Actual replacements for the fans INSIDE the 360, not the silly things you stick on the side.

Well read above..the first 3 answers all said there bad..make your mind up from that

I used a talismoon and tbh when used on a RROD unit it did nothing to stop it!

MS repaired under warranty and the new fans they use seem better than talismoons imho!

The first posts were talking about add-on, external, fans, which are counter productive. The OP wants to know if anyone has replaced the internal ones. :thumbsup:

I don't know anything about internal ones :)
