Aghhh Being Scammed On Ebay!
What a wind up, I'm usually more careful but this loser snipered the auction at the last minute.
This guy (link below) bought a motherboard and CPU off me on Sunday, I clocked the feedback he had left for others so went overboard on the bubble wrap and sent it special next day delivery, you could of thrown it off a block of flats and it would of been safe.
Surprise surprise he emailed me this morning saying the sound port on the motherboard has been damaged on route? and he will have to buy a sound card! obviously fishing for a partial refund. He went on to say he would test the rest tomorrow and get back to me to tell me what else wasn't working!
Definitely a scammer look at the feedback he has left for others. (link below)
I'm tempted to contact the other ebayers he's ripped off and contact the police I've worked hard to keep my 100% feedback trading fairly and honestly and scum like this should be brought to rights.

"Wow, this is packaged VERY well and isn't damaged in the slightest.... WAIT A MINUTE!"
*SMASH*
"Oh dear, looks like I'll have to get in contact with the seller"
Terrible.
Looks like he knows the "paypal" system and "could" be scamming.

I'm determined not to get scammed by this guy i've closed my paypal account, I told him I will come and collect it in person but he hasn't replied yet.
If I were you I would just take the neg feedback and tell him to F off.. Or tell him to return the product, at his own cost, PP resolution will ask him to return it to you anyway. And also stated that you will pass this on to the police to report this scammer if the returned product turned out to be damaged (by him)
Or tell him that you will file a claim for damage with Royal Mail, he would need to sign the damage form, if he doesn't sign, that is not your problem anymore.
He left those last two negs the day after I posted if I'd of seen them I definitley would have canceled and took the neg.
Ebay may have buyer protection but they do in rare situations protect the seller too, especially when a buyer has left as many Negs as this guy

can't you start the dispute or report him to ebay? surely there is a process to stop scammers?
get someone you know to buy it then report it as damaged in transit
