I booked 2 flights with globespan to america in june. When i booked they took a deposit from my account, all well and good but yesterday they were meant to take the rest of the money from my account but its still in there so here is my problem
Since booking the flights i have
1. lost the booking ref number and by mistake deleted the email.
2. the bank issued me with a new debit card.
So my questions are a) can i just ring up and get the booking ref number from the airline?
b) can they still take the money from my account or do they need the new card number?
