I just wondered if anyone had ever used Aktive8.com or Aktive8 the actual shop in Edinburgh?

I placed an order for something small on May 7th and despite it being in stock at the time ( and still showing as in stock now) I have yet to receive it.
I had the confirmation email almost immediately and the money was taken from my bank within a couple of days but when I check the order status online it says "awaiting stock" and has done since I first checked it about a week after ordering.

I've tried emailing - 3 times no response, calling - endless times and always a recorded message saying all lines busy please phone back or alternatively email, no matter the day or time. I've even tried phoning the 1 actual shop they have in Edinburgh but it's the same damn recording as the online phone numbers message.

I noticed that they are on Quidco but I never went through Quidco as I did not see them on there when I initially ordered.

Anyone had any dealings with them before?

If you paid by credit card I would contact the card issuer and request a refund of the funds back into your account for non delivery of goods..I haven't used them before.

I haven't bothered cancelling the order as I do still want it.

Finally spoke to someone just now ( after at least 30 calls in the last month) and told her that their lack of communication left a lot to be desired.
Apparently the product is still out of stock but expected in the middle of July, so I'll go back to waiting, she has promised to keep me more informed.
