AliExpress wholesale is full of wholesalers many of which aren't to be be trusted regardless if they are a paid / gold member. Take for instance windows 7 going for approx £15 another to good to be true offer.

Generally any seller with the name alibaba or replicating another well known company is not to be trusted. As there are many different sellers you need to let us know exactly which listing you are referring to, then a more precise answer can be given.

I'm sorry but what are you expecting?

They will be cheap fakes, nothing more nothing less.

They will probably turn up though.

I'm looking to buy the genuine ones although they're a bit pricy.
I'm aware that these are cheap fakes but have read that the sound quality isn't too bad on them - just going to buy a pair to compare with my new genuine ones (when I get them).

You said "they will probably turn up", have you used them yourselves?

To all.
Do you think I should buy from a seller who actually has feedback? Since the seller I'm intending to purchase from has NO feedback in the past 6 months...

Does THIS seller look any good....Lots of feedback?

Not a chance have I used them, I don't need to buy fakes.

Does it really matter it's about £9 at the end of the day, hardly bank breaking.

And they will sound like £9 headphones as well no doubt.

If they ever do get sent, the next question would be will they get through customs? If you they do get through, would you like to risk the wrath of trading standards if one your buyers or legit competitors complain about your offerings. You will never find branded products on the internet that will give you 200 / 300 % profit if that is what you are thinking. So if you find something like Monster Cable Beats headphones at £9 alarm bells should ring that they are definitely not real. If you intend to sell on ebay at the 24.99 price range, or worse at the £100 area, your ebay account will be short lived and you could / will end up in court.

I'd stay well clear of any seller offering branded goods from China. It is well known you cannot buy wholesale legit branded goods from China. Such products are only offered via authorised distributors and they would require you to be VAT registered and a reputable trader. Any lame excuses like 'I have contacts in the factory' are just BS and the same time and time again.

I am wondering, I have found a product widely available in usa (ebay etc) but not here. They are obviously buying said item from china - they are reboxing it and have given it a brand name, they say they have been given the right (i suppose master rights) to sell in usa & europe (even though I cannot find them selling the item here or anyone else). The usa retailer has a wholesale option (again dearer than china)
my question, if I start buying bulk from china with their authority, can the usa company stop me/ or even worse sue me!?

oh another question, do toys have to be vetted in any way to be deemed safe? if so who does this, sorry for noob questions

if they have sole rights on europe then f its the same product then most likely they can stop you selling it.

yes they do need to pass safety tests

New account just to post in a three and a half year thread?

Not suspicious at all.

Tried to buy from this place a few times, but they keep rejecting my order; ask for me to send them i.d and bank statements etc.
