I have always eaten a lot of chocolate - bars and bars a day and never really put on weight until I had my children (4.5 years ago).. Oh my god, I'm paying for it now. Anyway, went on a diet last year and lost just over 2 stone for the summer, but after my hol. gave up and have now put it all back on so I'm determined to do it again for this summer. I do the kellogs diet (one/two bowls a day and one normal meal). I am really struggling. I've been on and off for the past two/three weeks. I keep saying 'I'll start monday; but then come lunch I'm eating choc. so I say ok I'll start tomorrow and the same thing happens. I can't seem to get by a single day without it. The thing is it gets to the afternoon and I start to shake!!!!!! This happened today, so I went in to the cupboard and scoffed 3 cadbuty's cream eggs in one go. I stopped shaking after that. It seems to be a NEED for chocolate. Am I a chocoholic??????
