I ordered a book from amazon but realised I don't need it anymore. I've looked at the returns policy on the amazon website, but its a bit confusing; do you have to return through the "returns support centre" which prints put the "pre-paid, personalised return labe", or can you just smake a note on the package? Mine is still unopened, still packaged in the amazon box! Can I just post it back to them with a note saying the reason for return? Also, what is the return address? Thanks.
