Hoping someone here can give me some advice!
Sold an MP3 player through the Amazon Marketplace on Saturday. Payment went through and I posted it yesterday.
This morning I received this email:
'This is a wrong order. I have NOT ordered this item nor any other items. I hope that my credit card has not been debited, if so please cancel this. How did you get my details? I am very concerned about this and will report it to Amazon.
The item has arrived at my house - please tell me how to return it.'
I am waiting for a response from Amazon but wondered if anyone had been in a similar situation? Trying not to get scammed...
