This is odd.

I ordered 2 x Spear and Jackson Pressure Sprayers from Amazon yesterday and received today with 2 pouches of chicken and liver cat food that has unfortunately split opened and smeared all over my pump.

Whoever added the cat food simply ripped a piece of the outer box and in doing so also managed to rip open the box containing the S&J pump and stuffed it in without resealing it. Really stinks.

Contact them, take photos in case they ask for proof. I've had things split/spill and damage other items in my order, I can't fault their customer service.

No, I prefer dog food.

Not worried about compo tbh because it's only a cheap item. Just annoyed that it came with extra cat food.

Bought literally hundreds of items from Amazon and it's the first time someone has added something that I did not ordered after the box has been sealed.

I've sent an email to Amazon with some pics.

Haha it is quite a random one but as others have said, get on to them via chat and they will sort it out ASAP as I've never had a problem with the handful of returns I have had to do.

In fact, once they even said don't return the item and we will refund anyway.

As long as you don't take the mick with them like loads of cancelled pre-orders or loads of DSR returns they will be more than accomodating for your problem. :)

I'm amazed you didn't notice that both Ross' & I didn't miss it; hence why I corrected God to Good in my reply.

Bought literally hundreds of items from Amazon and it's the first time someone has added something that I did not ordered after the box has been sealed.

Same thing happened to me once - ordered a few books, and someone packed a couple of blue movies in the box which I certainly didn't order.
At least, that's what I told the wife...:{

I'm tempted to comment - cats are the curse of modern society - If you can't be bothered to walk a pet (and clear up its mess!) , have a goldfish . Don't inflict your cats (via your catflap ) on your neighbours . Lazy folks pet - end of :(

Are you looking for a pat on the head for exercising without pooping yourself? I knew you were getting on a bit but...

...well done then. I suppose.

If you want a pat on the head, sit under the hindquarters of a cow for a while.

Perhaps they were giving you a hint. Entice the cats in with food and spray the bejesus out of them X)

Not everyone's cats bother their neighbours, mine are both house cats, their tray is cleaned out every day. My neighbour still blames my cats even though they are only out in the garden when the kids are playing out there and never venture over the fence.

I do however have a neighbour's feral cat using my planter tubs, terrorising my bunnies, it's damaged the net on the trampoline, I've resorted to spraying it with water but even that doesn't seem to work. Does any of the cat repellant stuff work? (And no I don't mean to throw it ;))

But lazy dog owners are just as annoying, so many people don't clean up after their dogs near my children's school it's like walking across that checker board in knightmare ;)

A cat can't belong to someone and be feral. If you think it's feral why not help it instead of spraying it? :/

It's out most of the time but we've seen it go into a neighbour's house when they call for it, what else would you suggest when it's leaping up at the wire of the hutches trying to claw my rabbits? It leaps and attacks people when you walk past it in the street... What would you suggest sending it to rehab?

It's just nature isn't it.
Let's not worry about it. I used to laugh at my neighbours attempts to stop my cat.
Once they placed minty green gell stuff on the walls. My cat just lay on the wall and flicked it onto their drive so they walked into their house.

Then they used loads of cocktail sticks in the soil, so stop him crapping. I used to watch my moggy tackle this like a obstacle course. He literally high fived himself when he got through the maze and had a crap.
Normally he would bury it, but the sticks just put him off.

We then had bottles of half filled water all over the place, and pieces of hose pipe shaped to look like snakes! :p

If it has an owner, by definition it isn't feral. Take it up with your neighbour.

On the other hand, one of my neighbours cats was destroyed by a dog when it went in their garden. Police and the rspca got involved which was odd. Concluded that the dog was as soft as a brush, and was protecting his territory.

Cat was returned in various parts.. Sad times..
