Depends on the network and sim type as well as phone.

Sometimes they text you settings you can save to the phone and others you must enter manually.

Where did you bring it from?

Seems a good price for one running flash 10.1 and Android 2.2. There must be a catch somewhere

Why does that ebay link work?

For the tablet to get 3g you need a sim for it, essentially pay a mobile provider for the data.
Sim cards use the mobile network to provide 3g dependant on what you pay for.
This what you wanted you know?

few things might ruin your experience with it, the first that it doesn't support the actual google market place for all the standard apps, second its only got resistive screen not the newer capacitive, i dont think resistive supports multitouch. also it doesnt list 3G as actually being a feature, from researching these previously it will probably be supported by adding a USB 3G dongle from a compatible list.

It doesnt actually list 3G any where apart from the title, I'd be very suprised if it was.
