My phone tried to update itself to the latest version of Android, but because I wasn't connected to Wifi I cancelled it. Now I can't find how to download it again! I've had a look on the website but can't see anything! Anyone know?

use check for updates in the system details menu

you probably know where it is but heres a copy/paste

Checking for Android updates

1. Power up the phone and press “Menu” to unlock it
2. Push the “Home” key
3. Push the “Menu” button.
4. Touch the screen or use the navigator wheel to select the “Settings” option.
5. Within the “Settings” menu, select the “About phone” option that is found towards the bottom of the list. This option displays the version number and build number of Android that is running on the phone.
6. Touch the “System updates” option. This causes the phone to look for any new Android updates. If an update is available, the phone will download and install it.

Thanks for trying... but my phone has no system updates option!! :-( It's a HTC hero if that makes a difference!

Mine doesn't either (Galaxy S) - just lists the current firmware.

mines a desire running 2.1 and it lets me update to 2.2 using the above method, read somewhere that if you set the clock back it'll check for the update again. might be rubbish but try setting the clock to a few minutes before it tried to update

and somewhere else says it checks for updates every 14 days so at worst you'll have to wait 2 weeks
