Bought a netbook keyboard from an online company,it arrived bent due to insufficient packaging.
I returned it to them last Saturday.
As of yesterday i still hadn't received the replacement,so i emailed asking for a tracking number.
The reply from them is :
Tracking id is *******.
As I said in previous email we sent this 1st class recorded on 2-11-10 in a larger rigid box due to your previous complaint.
Under the circumstances I have done all I can. If nothing comes this morning please contact royal mail.
