I have a buyer claiming that an item I sold them is faulty and they want a refund. The item I sold them was brand new and sealed, so if it is faulty, then I had no way of knowing. They are demanding a refund and have said that they have already found the same item from another seller.
I believe that they have just simply found it cheaper and now want to return mine.
I have a couple more of this item and have said that if they return the original item to me in the same condition they received it and providing it is actually faulty, then I will send them a replacement.
They are arguing that I should just refund them - what do you think?
