Has anyone bought the Sony DSC T100 from this site and had it delivered ?

Mine was dispatched on the 19th but got the following mail when i requested a tracking number.

Dear xxxx

My manager gives the tracking numbers and I can't get hold of him at
the moment. He is in dispatch and very busy. Thank you so much for
your patience and I will be back in touch with your tracking number
asap.

I had mine delivered on Monday after a lot of chasing up. It was meant to have been dispatched last Wednesday but I never got it. Apparently they sent another one to me on Friday.... Why they couldn't just admit that it was never sent I don't know.

The camera is great but there was no memory card or case. Apparently that was being dispatched no later than yesterday....

Thanks for the reply, it's nice to know the camera's do exist.

How was it delivered, royal mail, city link, ups etc.

They originally said courier but after 7 requests for a tracking number they contacted me and sent one via Royal Mail special delivery.

Oh, and the RM tracking number they gave me on the phone was different to the one that was on the parcel.

OH Dear, just rang the number off the web page08452990715 and was told that i was speaking to a generlised call centre who work on behalf of Must Have 100.
Gemma a supervisor told me that i was one of many with issues regarding said company and that they are having problems contacting anyone at Must Have.

Thats not what Ive just been told! The call centre has not lost contact at all - and MH100 have called people today with delivery dates!

Just received from Amy.

Dear xxxx,

The reason they can't get hold of someone via phone right now is
because they are all working very hard in dispatch. I can assure you
that your request has been sent to my manager, and all I can do is
wait for his reply. I am so sorry. I don't accept calls as I have been
allocated to try and keep the huge amount of emails under control as
best I can.

I just received some emails from Amy too. I just wonder what her manager is dispatching because I was told the same the other day and as far as I'm aware the TV's haven't been received by anyone for a week or so.

I rang the call centre after seeing this post. The guy I spoke to was "Simon" and after putting me on hold told me that it was his supervisor "Stacey" who was dealing with direct contact and that she had said there has not been any loss of contact (as suggested in the post.) And those email replies today confirm they are at least answering their emails (even if it is on a beach in Hawaii!):giggle:

I'd recommend going to their contact us page and sending an email copying in each of the addresses. Plus I'd send a message on the online help thing which is always offline. That's how I finally got through to them.

Has anyone thought about asking Trading Standards to get involved?

All the time the TVs were for a future date delivery, I doubt they would be interested, but now they have missed delivery dates and the potential of this being a scam in its infancy, maybe they will.

Then again, looking at the way Liverpool Trading Standards are, they would probably assist them!!!!!!!!!!
