About 5 weeks ago I purchased a service from Parcel2go.com, this was a 2 day delivery service which cost approx £7.50. I paid by Paypal and thought that was that. Nearly 5 weeks later my item still has not been delivered and Parcel2go have not got a clue where it is.
Now thinking that paypal will protect me as the buyer I opened a dispute thinking they would take my side and refund my £7.50. Any one using Ebay will know that if you post an item and it gets lost, unless you can prove delivery you will lose the case and your money.
So I have paid for a service that Parcel2go clearly have not provided.
Guess what Paypal have deided that they have found in favour of Parcel2go.
I wonder why ????????
Parcel2go just ignore my requests for a refund.
