Welcome to Antiques For Everyone

Antiques For Everyone
Halls 17-19, NEC Birmingham B40 1NT
30th October - 2nd November 2008

Welcome to the Winter 2008 Antiques for Everyone Fair at the NEC, Birmingham. Antiques for Everyone is Britain’s premier dedicated antiques event with 400 specialist dealers from across the country showing a fabulous range of high quality antiques, fine art and objets d’art valued at more than £20million. It is the UK’s largest indoor, datelined event with more than 50,000 antiques on sale. Private collectors, interior decorators and regular trade buyers are among the 20,000 regular visitors from across the world.
Exhibitors specialise in everything from fine period furniture to pottery, porcelain, glass, fine paintings, silver, jewellery, clocks, barometers, brass, copper, early toys, samplers, sculpture, engravings, antiquities, textiles, Arts & Crafts, Art Nouveau, Art Deco, and all kinds of decorative and collectable rarities.
Prices range from more than £100,000 for the finest paintings to less than £10 for Victorian novelties. The fair is particularly well known for its ceramics with more than 100 specialists, while galleries comprise a further fifty exhibitors, showing everything from 18th and 19th century oils and watercolours to 20th century Modern British and Contemporary works.
To provide new and experienced collectors with the chance to buy from across all areas of the antiques market, the fair is divided into two sections: Section One features antiques and works of art usually shown in sumptuous room-set style displays that demonstrate how period furniture, paintings and decorative accessories can complement any home, while Section Two features dealers offering all kinds of antiques and collectables up to 1950. Many exhibitors are members of the antiques trade’s leading associations, the BADA and LAPADA.
