Any Blackberry owners having wifi problems ?

Last few days the wifi on my Blackberry 8520 has not been working, it connects it seems as I can see my sky router name above network however there is a white line as if to say connected to network, but network not functioning. Funnily enough, Blackberry messenger was also having problems last night for a few hours. Have seen a post on Crackberry about the situation, but no one seems to know what the actual problem is, was wondering if anyone is aware of the situation and has phoned up there network provider and been provided with an explanation ?

I have a Blackberry 8520 on T-Mobile PAYG if that is of any help.

Post been made on Blackberry page on Facebook, unsure if it's official, but they are saying they are aware of the problem and working on it .... I just want to know when it will be back to normal.

Read it might have been an outage in Europe and North America.
