Hi my car insurance is due in oc along with my car tax :( just wondering if there are any insurnace companys that done require a deposit and instead spread the total costs over 12 months, just had a renewal from my current one(e car insurnace) for a pretty good price but said nothing about a deposit, they spread the costs over 10 months but still get 12 months insuarnce.

thanks

Give them a call to check but i've found that if I stay with the same insurer I only have to pay monthly no deposit, its only when changing insurance companies that a deposit is required on the first years cover. Hope that helps.

Tell them you've thinking of changing insurers, if they price match or they can't get it that low they might do a deal, so you don't have to pay a deposit - ring them, you can talk them round on the phone.
