You got any small local venues near you?

best way to get heard is share it via the net-the days of sending demos to anyone are pretty much over-best advice is build a website, upload to youtube, promote via facebook etc.

record companies take notice of internet buzz,so do radio stations-you could send out a hundred demos and be lucky if one person even bothers to listen to it before they chuck it in the bin with all the others.

yeah , im getting it released on 700+ internet retailers such as amazon and itunes etc on november 20th. I've sent it to the reviewers I can think of, just after those that have slipped under the radar.

just cant think of many radio stations that play unsigned music apart from bbc raw talent and xfm.

Was gonna say Xfm, but you got that already, try any local ones, scour internet for stations that play unsigned bands. You got yourself a promoter/agent? A couple of my friends are in metal bands, and have supported some massive names in places like Manchester Academy just by working with promoters. Also try to get some stuff on facebok, myspace, youtube, a lot of big names made their way through these sites.

What's your band called, anywhere to check you guys out??

PS GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!

Good luck, was just listening to a few of the songs there (Hoping for some mindblowing metal but alas no :p)

Nonetheless, you guys have a decent sound (I thought By The Name was the best one on your MySpace page, most likely as it is the liveliest ;-)) so all the best!

Oh, meant to ask, what instrument are you?

i play all the instrumentation on the page :) - we are currently a writing/recording project with me and the vocalist :)

thanks for listening! :)
