I bought a lovely one from there a few months ago for just £19 but yesterday spilt some pasta sauce on it and it won't come out!

It was kind of a trench style, but more trendy

Thanks

If you know anyone going to the usa get them to get you tide to go it is a pen application stain remover and definately gets pasta sauce off, it is the best stain remover I have ever had and you can carry it around in you handbag, everytime I go to the us I have to pick some up for people as they cannot believe how effective it is, it is about $10 incl tax for a pack of 3 and they last a very long time, my friend had had hers a year

Do you think it would work on an old stain if I order one? Don't suppose you have a spare? :-D
I am so gutted, I was practically living in that coat! :w00t:

You really should have taken your coat off to eat, lol.

That's the most annoying thing - my son was taking ages to eat his pasta and I had my coat on ready to go out, picked up his plate when he finished and one pasta with sauce just jumped off the plate and run down my coat, leaving a trail :-D

Yeah, I looked but they are all from the US so will take too long I guess for me :-(

Put "Tide to go pen" into the search box on Ebay and the first listing is for 5 of these pens for £8.99 plus £4.50 p&p. Makes it £2.70 per pen.
I'll buy one off you for that price, plus fair p&p to post to me.

I will consider it thanks, but as they are from US they will take too long for me really for the coat - I am currently looking to replace the coat as opposed to buying a cleaner that will take out the sauce should I ever do it again LOL!

My thoughts exactly. Always difficult to find a good stain remover.

You could always take it to the dry cleaners, I know it might seem a bit expensive for a coat that only cost £19 but if you really like it.

I will ask them later and see what they say, wasn't aware they remove stains?

wash the coat and hang it on the line that normally removes pasta stains sounds odd but its always worked on my stuff

Oh sugar, I wished I asked on here last night - Tesco just delivered to me 3 hours ago :-(

EDIT: Do you think I will have a chance with it even though I have washed and dried the coat? May go to Tesco but really will be inconvenient for me today so need to know if it's worth it :)

It is a heavy duty stain remover. So there is a high probability the stain would come out.
I have not had to use it for a rain coat before. But i got curry sauce off my skirt and t shirt and that had tikka red colouring all over it.
