He's really into the Bob the builder games on the cbeebies web-site but they're quite simple really and are over very quickly.

So, anyone know any really good ones out there?

Thanks!

There are lots of other games on the CBeebies site - try trawling through a few of the unknow characters.

Also my son really loved doing the following site, which is basically making a zoo and every day going back to check on the animals. 3 may be a little young - i am sorry i can't remember!

This is another site my children enjoyed. Its aged for children from about 2-8.

ask at the school you intend to send your nipper to. they'll be able to tell you if they use any particular games or programs or websites which might help familiarise your little boy with their curriculum, albeit in a fun way.

gest my vote. Lots of good stuff. My four have all spent time there. Most have educational value and the environment is very safe and without ads.

Thanks, but no thanks!

Looks good, thankyou. First one looks a little simple but the second looks brilliant. Haven't had time to look at the third yet.

Have tried the cbeebies ones but found the Bob the builder one to be the only one he could really do. ie spud talks him through when to press each button and he gets it. The others don't seem as good unless anyone has found something else good on there?

Thanks!

BUT

"This is a very large download (20MB)" Not sure if I've got the room though!

Er - I think you will find that was just one item of many that are on there. That particular one IS the only one you download. The rest you play online instantly.

Having said that.... what sort of machine do you have that you'd consider 20MB as too much space?
