if you go for a blackberry then the 8520 is bottom of the range and plasticy finish, go for the 8900 or the bold. Higher specs and much better build quality

in order to give the best advice what do you want your mobile to do and how long is the contract?
you need to pick a mobile that does what you want there's no point picking a mobile with features you'll never use.

curve is the cheapest but so is the quality. curve 3g is abit better. the pearl 3g is really good quality and has the same features as the 9700 bold but is a smaller factor phone with no qwerty keypad.

if you want one with a full qwerty then go for the either 8900 curve, 9000 bold or 9300 curve you may even be able to bag a used 9700 of ebay for less than £200.

EDIT- going for the 8900 curve, £120 delivered seems decent

out of the ones you said, which one would you say is the best value for money?
