Any opinions on buymobilephones.net?

My contract with Three ends in about 3 weeks and I've been shopping around for a deal on the Nokia 5800. The best deal I've seen is a T-Mobile Combi 20/Web n Walk deal on Buymobilephones.net for £24.47 a month, but am a bit apprehenisve about going through a third party to get a contract phone as I'm used to dealing with the providers direct.

So I guess my questions are;
a) Has anyone dealt with them personally, what was your experiences with regards to the order, delivery, connection etc?
b) Is there any chance I will get messed around on my contract, ie. monthly tariff going up with no explanation?
c) How quickly do the free gifts arrive (if you choose one)

Thanks for any response.

I took a HTC touch HD on orange through buymobiles and the phone arrived next day, quidco tracked after a few hours as well. So far I havet had any problem, theirs i gues is just to get you the contract , the rest is left btw u and the network except for cases with cashback etc. quidco get you 20 quid as well. hope that helps. And they have a nice customer service as well.

I got my phone from them and free ghds n 100 cash back. The cash took about a month to be paid into my account but the ghds came as soon as i sent off my token (they send it to you i think you have to put your phones serial number or something on) you fill that in, send it back and they send you the gift. Came within a few days. Everything was ok until my phone broke. Had 3 months free insurance but i had to pay 60 quid to get the phone fixed. Bit of a rip off seen as the insurance should have covered it but i think that was the repair companys fault.

I thought that a phone would have been covered by manufacturers warranty within the first 12 months (unless the break was a result of a fall or something)

What about when it comes to renewal of contract, do I deal with buymobilephones or TMobile direct?
