Any other choc bar like Flake ?

Been on the choc fancy and was wondering if anyone knew of any other versions of a bar like Cadbury's Flake bar ?.
When it comes to the warmer weather I like to get a few packs in and crumble onto some ice cream or even make a home style '99. I'd like to get them from other brands (even own store brands) to try little variations in taste.

I have never ever seen any other variant, not even a cheap basic/value range store brand version before. Same with the Caramac bar. Some of my favourite choc that I would love to get more of and even try little changes in taste.

We get things like mars bars, twix and wafer bars at store brand why not other kinds ?.
Anyone know of any different bars or even other unique bars ?.

a time out? always on offer in the supermarkets

I totally forgot about Twirl. Never knew what a ripple was. Not brave enough to just buy choc without knowing and reading leads to buying no matter what. Have to get the energy back from picking it up and reading somehow.

Get a bar of chocolate and grate it, then put on your ice cream.
I like to melt a mars bar or cadburys caramel in the microwave and pop it on ice cream, yummy, just make sure you don't over cook it.
Lion bars are a bit different and yummy (as you buy them, not melted on icecream).

I don't like hot chocolate

The pound shops have started selling packs of chocs. They don't have all the varieties but at £1 are still much cheaper than the main stores...

I used to grate chocolate but then you get it on your hand and then you have to eat the whole thing.
Never been a fan of hot stuff on ice cream other than some pie or crumble.

The name brand chocolate - hot chocs are good. I love the Aero one, actually makes the drink all bubbly. I'm all stuffed up and on deaths bed with a bad case of Man Flu and in my coherent moments I just cant stop thinking about chocolate. Tried a Flake a while ago and suffice to say....don't eat chocolate when ill.

As an alternative to grating choccy...buy a slab, pop it in your fridge, when you want some, take it out, lie it on your kitchen surface and drag the blade of a sharp knife along the face of the choccy...instant chocolate flakes/curls. Looks dead good.

It's a Jamie Oliver trick, but it does work well...

But you still touch the big bar which means it must all be eaten.
