Anybody had problems returning faulty items to iBOOD??

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a 500GB media player/HDD only to find it was faulty when I got it. Despite many e-mails and the filling in of the on-line returns form I am still to have a response from them after two weeks.
Has anyone had similair problems? or know how to get in touch with them?

Hi I would like to warn everyone from ibood .
I ordered 2x ViewSonic ViewPad 7-inch Android 2.2 Tablet That was 19-06-2011 .
They came Dead on Arrival = DOA . So I sent them back to ibood . I got mail from ibood :Payment will be carried out within 10 business days.

Today is 13.09.2011 and I still did not get refund. Where is my € 332.40 + 44(sent back parcel) How more long I have to wait ??? I AM GETTING MAD .
