Just a quick question to the HDUK community, are any of you regular users of the power plate?
Had my induction at the gym yesterday, as I knew the trainer that showed me the ropes she made me work, I'm really feeling it this morning. Not really sure what to think of it, just had a look at some articles on it but looking for some real feedback.
So what do you think of it? I'm getting mixed reviews.
I'll probably end up giving it a go myself for a month or so to see how I get on.
Any good exercises you could recommend too whilst I've got your attention.
