Does that sound dodgy ? Sounds a bit suspect to me.

Thanks for that. I might give it a go then.

There's an address and phone number in there too which isn't a bad thing. Why don't you give the number a call to make sure it actually exists??

Ordered a black and decker dustbuster from these, turned out fine very pleased.

Well I just gave them a try. It's been 5 days since I placed the order and so far I heard nothing back. I tried calling the free number and it's always busy, or the phone is off the hook. The callback does not work. I also sent them 2 emails but had no reply. All this sounds very bad if you ask me. The good news is that they have not taken the money yet from my card. I will wait few more days and will keep you updated about the outcome.

I ordered some bits a week ago and nothing after the automated response. No reply to email and phone always engaged. On the bright side: Money not taken from credit card account

Hello again. Final update. After 2 weeks of not being able to contact them and no response, I sent them my last email in which I said that I wish to cancel my order for the obvious reasons and should it turn up at some time in time and space it will be rejected. I asked for confirmation but by now I know what to expect. When you read through their website about their concept of the business they say that it was designed backwards. Based on my experience I can certainly confirm this to be the case.

Hi, I'm a new member here and unfortunately I appear to have been stung by iBuyer also. On Sunday I placed an order and received a confirmation email telling me that I would receive another email confirming when my order had been dispatched. It says on iBuyer's website that dispatch usually takes 24 hours but can take up to 48.

Well I've still not received my email or the item I bought, I tried phoning iBuyer but like others here just receive an American voice message saying: "Sorry but the number you have dialed is temporarily unavailable". I've tried emailing the company but so far have had no response.

I phoned my bank today and they said that no payment has gone out yet, so I am going to call them back next week and see if anything's changed. Hopefully no money will have gone out and then the bank say that it will just "fall off the system", presumably this means that it sort of get's cancelled meaning I won't have to worry about iBuyer taking payment 2 weeks later or something.

I think in future I'll stick to either trusted sites or sites that have high star ratings/reviews in the usual price-comparison sites.

I am yet another fooled by slick advertsing on ibuyer's site. I ordered some goods 10 days ago. I received a confirmation of order but to date the goods have not been dispatched. They do say on their website that they only take the money when the goods are dispatched and I wonder if this is a get out for them. If they cannot supply your order or discover that they have priced themselves too cheap, they just ignore your order and do not have to worry about giving credit back. I too have been e mailing everyday, with no response.
If it's too good to be true .....

Sorry to hear about the bad customer services, but I could only comment on my experience.
