basically I have bought a house and have applied for a crossover. Out of the 11 houses on my row 6 have them.
I have had my application turned down because as of 2005 you have to have 4.5 meters from the pavement to the border of your house and I only have 4.m
Is it worth appealling the decision? I can;t locate any similr cases on the internet. My Mum thinks there is a law that says if other houses have it then that is a precedent but mu mum does tend to make up laws!
Any advise on tis matter much appreciated!
