Just got one today, very dissapointed, not packaged well. Creased and scuffed on corners and bottom, they will give you the biggest box for 25 DVD-Rs yet decide to put a book in a package that barely is the same size as the book.

nope was play direct, you can see where it has creases as the packaging wasnt big enough and the bottom of front and back cover has bends curing into the middle. and one at the top.
ridiculous and you have to wait 21 days or something to complain

i bought a book from play recently, packed in a jffy bag, but was still in new condition, but yeah they need to sort their packaging out, i recently bought a sd memory card and that came in a huge box :?

I'm still waiting for an order of dvd's that was sent out on the 28th march but i can't complain about it yet as they say you have to wait 21 days!

That's not right you def dont have to wait 21 days to complain. Thats only if you havent received the item in the post they make you wait 21days. Under distance selling regulations you can reject the goods within 7days of receipt for a full refund.

Sorry in the case of play since they are based in Jersey it will be the Distance Selling (Jersey) Law 2007
