Just got this email:
Dear hmv Customer,

Thank you for pre-ordering Universal Pictures

Due to a packing problem when assembling this deluxe box set for you the stickers and decals are missing from the pack. While this means that you will not be able to pimp your boxset on the day it arrives, rest assured that we will be sending these to you in the post within a week of release.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this error may have caused. In light of this we will also be sending you a copy of Universals "Hellboy II: The Golden Army" on Blu-ray for you to enjoy.

Yours sincerely,

online customer service team

£35, well £38 I think but I had a student discount.

Really chuffed though, not hugely bothered about 'pimping' the outside of the box anyway, just thought the tin would look cooler.

Maybe I should contact bitterwallet - they love to bad mouth retailers and as much as HMV have let me down in the past this sort of thing shows that they do value customers sometimes!!

lol true, but when split between 4 blu rays it does work out to £8.75 per blu which is good considering the new one is only just out (and I missed it in the cinema where Id have paid more than that to see it!)
