Anyone help please?
Bought something from CEX Online the other day, when it arrived it was the wrong game and missing a disc, I subsequently spoke to them via email and was told to return it, I have done this but now they are saying they don't have t, even though it was sent recorded and has been tracked to them!!!
they are trying to fobb me off by saying that I cant have a refund unless they see proof of who signed for it, and this is unavailable on the royal mail website at the moment, are they allowed to do this under the sale of goods act and can I just contact my bank to ask for a charge back (was paid for on a credit card).
