Anyone experience of buying online from CEX?

Wondering if anyone has any experience and whether it is worth risking it or not?

:-DThere supposed to be like that aren't they:-D

Anyway, yeah there good to buy from. Keep you updated with your order and everything.

Only prob is that one time I just wanted to buy an XBOX 360 faceplate and it was only £1.50 but when I went to the checkout it said I had to spend a minimum of £5 in a transaction.
So I had to buy a dvd in order to make up the money. Don't know if it has changed recently, but just letting you know.

As far as their customer service goes, I had no problem either.

I once ordered Mass Effect from them and they sent out both Mass Effect and another Xbox game in a separate package. Strangely they both had the same invoice for Mass Effect:?
Well I sent the other game back after contacting them, they gave me my money back for the game.
So really I got Mass Effect for free:-D
Very happy I was.

Not online no.
I always do mine instore, which means waiting in a looooooong queue then dealing with some numpty at the counter but a least you get cash/voucher in hand straight away.

I always check prices online first though to make sure I'll be getting a good deal.

I got a dvd off them and it was scratched to hell and back. However it still worked perfectly so I wasn't bothered as I saved a lot of money and its not like its a present or something.

everything they sell comes with 12 months warranty too.

is the price for goods online always the same as the price instore? so do they use the same system instore which gets updated when the online one does?
